Sept. thru mid-June: 8:55 a.m. to 1:00pm, 2:00p.m. to 4:45

Summer Schedule

mid-June thru August: 7:45 to 11:00a.m., 12:00p.m. to 3:30

Please note: Surveys that require 45 min. or more are scheduled in the mornings or early afternoon. Patients 10 years of age and younger are scheduled in the mornings, in order to give them the best experience.
